Independent Healthcare Provider Consultations
Using the Sites to consult with an independent healthcare provider does not establish a provider-patient relationship between BCM and you. BCM is not responsible for the actions or opinions of any independent healthcare provider. The Sites are not a substitute for professional healthcare services.
Site Usage Rights
